@Alexandrus Can you run this "debug" version and check for the presence of the temp folder? Remove the .txt extension and run the cmd
Thank you. Yes, there is a TEMP folder now, before pressing the first key to continue. I have no clue what the heck is going on and I have no way to obtain a different ISO, because I have a similar problem with UUP Dump script, which seems to be a trend and indicate an issue with dependencies of sorts.
He may have disabled a required service in his Windows to properly run the script. I downloaded the Insider ISO and it runs just fine. I've had weird things happen with scripts etc. when I disable too many services. Maybe try running it in a VMWare install of Windows without disabling services, see if it works?
Most likely, yes, normally support ends at that post but wanted to see if the temp folder gets created, when not maybe someone knows how to fix it. I ran all successfully myself this afternoon: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...grade-fix-kit-v2-0.83724/page-17#post-1688903
I presume the same, but it's quite strange for a service to do that. Yes, I think maybe I should try either a fresh install or VMWare.
Yes, there is no setup.exe file there, just the version.txt file. Even stranger. The contents of the version.txt Code: 7-Zip 19.00 (x86) : Copyright (c) 1999-2018 Igor Pavlov : 2019-02-21 Scanning the drive for archives: ERROR: The system cannot find the file specified. .\TEMP\setup.exe System ERROR: The system cannot find the file specified.
I live in the Twilight Zone, it seems LE : I actually downloaded the ISO from MS, same result, so we know for sure it's not the ISO file.
Install the downloaded ISO in VMWare, run the kit there. I've had problems disabling services and running scripts.
VMware will not run, I have disabled virtualization in UEFI and at this point it's easier to do a clean install and run the script then rather than hassle with enabling virtualization and trying with VMware. LE: Yeap, it worked on a fresh install, so there are some service dependencies.
Hello All please HELP. I download ESD Windows at this forum 11 then I decrypt it to ISO file. I got a problem understand how to use " Fix KIT V2". I already watch GIF file [Readme.text] My question : After burn image file ISO to DVD disc or USB in order to install win 11. 1.Where do i put a folder of Fix kit V2.? 2.Do i need put this folder inside DVD disc with window 11.? Thanks
You need to put the source ISO in the source_iso folder, and run the cmd and press the desired option, 2 is best to use. And next you can use the fixed ISO as you like.
I still a little confuse: Puts the Win 11 install.wim/esd in a Win 10 ISO (Provide a Win 10 ISO in the "Source_ISO\W10\" Folder) Where is a file Win 11 install.wim/esd .?. I look into ISO file after decrypt but can not see it
