After mounting 18363.356 iso, Setup properties is showing product version as: 18362.1. I am a bit confused over this Could you please clear this? sorry for double post.

Because defender and most AV's are xenophobic about some files It never flagged the conversion tools on my systems, though.
To download, first disable defender. And you can also add exclusions in windows security/defender to folders which contain such stuff. Even KMS tools are flagged.
