Yes, that's what I meant. Looked just like if I had used Arconis or Macrium to restore someone else's (with totally different hardware) backup image to my PC. Like it had already been installed on something else. That $hi* came from M$ like that? It's not some homemade hackjob's ESD? Anyway, it does seem to work fine, but I am way to anal about a clean install to keep it. I'll tinker with it for a few, then it's back to good old LTSC 1809 for me!
Hello, How do I combine these two files below into a single ISO standard install.wim? I'm trying to fit all x64bit versions into one USB. I'm sorry if this question has already been asked. I did search through the _ReadMe file and forum, but didn't find anything. Thank You. x64 19042.572.201009-1947.20h2_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTBUSINESS_VOL_x64FRE_en-us.esd x64 19042.572.201009-1947.20h2_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCONSUMER_RET_x64FRE_en-us.esd
Either create a clientconsumer ISO and run it by create_virtual_editions.cmd in the UUP>ISO project folder (it will add Enterprise (+ N if N is on the consumer ISO)) or do it manually by exporting the enterprise sku to the consumer install.wim.
Can somebody please explain what the PPIPro version is? I am not familiar with this. In the meantime, have created my ISOs from 19042.572.201009-1947.20h2_release_svc_refresh / Include KB4579311, KB4577266. What would 19042.572.201012-1221.20h2_release_svc_refresh / Windows 10 Team (PPIPro) give me?
Here is an VM install: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...10-uups-with-ease.75052/page-169#post-1612303
So, is there a clean version of this somewhere or are they all full of someone else's leftover ghost hardware and registry litter?
Do I put the first files in: C:\ToolKit_v10.6\WHD\w10\x86\Cumulative And the DU in: C:\ToolKit_v10.6\WHD\w10\x86\Enablement Is how I understand this.
Correct Incorrect, there should be a folder called "WHD\.....\SetupMedia", iirc, that's the place to put the DU for Sources.
Have Googled the filenames and it seems the latter is a Dynamic update. However there is indeed a SetupMedia folder, so I shall place it there if you feel this is the correct location.
