To fetch the x86 links i ran WU on an older x86 VM and it got offered instantly (no release preview ring, standard win install).
Usually when an update gets released or posted here when I run Windows Update it shows up instantly but not this time, will wait then
is this normal? i have installed the correct updates using WHDownloader, but when i open the settings it keeps asking me to download the updates already mentioned. how can i solve this?

I created a USB stick with the latest CU (15063.332). Trying to fresh install Windows booting from the stick (or a dvd) igt the follwing message after beeing offered the option to install windows : Windows n'a pas pu charger les données de comptabilité du periphérique, i.e windows could not load the device compatibility data. Error code 0x1F. Any Idea? No problem with 15063.0
what about delta updates if they exist for cu as i only want the smallest file size possible going from last known update to latest cu and repository for that or link to microsoft in terms of what you would get from windows update or is that also msu/cab size
WU only downloads the necessary files needed. Delta's are posted along with the full CU's in this thread.
oh well looks like microsoft like every other company still figuring out proper way for updates atleast for us advance guys as i remember those self patching programs that updated dll's and every other file with just the bits like a program that did it in the 90's for any updates like a delta updating software utility i guess when you have monthly caps on internet you try to get the smallest files necessary
