the latest update KB 4100375 is causing slowness in systems , i had to revert back to 17133.1 after installing it.

Go to UUP dump site, select the version you want and select All languages, You'll see all FOD packages there, download everyone you want. Edit: Checked, Microsoft-Windows-Accessibility-Braille-Package-amd64 is also available, and it's .cab

CLI = command line interface it uses cabarc to create the cab GUI uses DXTool to create the cab, which offer progress bar window
