I did, that's why i asked where did you see it mentioned that the safeOS update is inside? + when online installing the update, it can't update winpe.
Yes you are absolutely correct in online update scenario winpe wont be updated thatswhy they released separate DU included LCU link on catalog as you already updated the links in your prvious post but after i extracted msu the psfx cab extracted is same in size as well tree layout too exactly same compared to direct download of there so called dynamic cab update.
The cabs from the msu and the separately released ones are exactly the same, same kb same content. I can't find anything mentioning the safeOS update will be inside. ps, there is also no SSU inside @ch100 .
661 is an internally released update, it never went public or insider preview, at least not yet. 631 is not a preview of any kind, it's a Out of Band (quick fix release) for kerberos related stuff. The support link is published at the post. And when on 661, of course a lower deltabuild won't be applicable (also mentioned at the post).
