Thanks for clarification. Actually WSUS has 2 distinct releases, September 2021 and November 2021 which internally are the same, but there must be metadata differences, signatures etc.
I actually ment EP KB5003791 file from September WSUS releases are not the same September is 19044.1165 (old KB5003791, created in June) November is 19044.1288 (new KB5003791, created in September)
It will probably get cleaned up later. It's not like your phone's alarm clock won't go off in the morning because of this one update you duplicated.
Can you update Windows 10 LTSC 2021 with W10UI properly? When I installed it from the ISO, had online updates.
That's because it has Oct's CU (1288), but not November's CU (1348) built into the image. Talk to MS.
