I was at 9GB this morning on WUMT on a secondary PC before killing it. On that same machine I was able to manually install KB4039396 from Catalog Update, but it took forever. Now on 14393.1670. I'm hoping KB4033637 will no longer appear in updates. On my main box I had no problem installing either update (KB4033637, KB4039396). Thought LTSB would spare me the update nightmares - almost went back to a fresh install of 8.1 on the second PC when it appeared to be stuck in an update boot loop.

On my installs there were no problems, not on WU nor on WUMT,

Do you have any idea how big the KB4033637 update is? WUMT still shows it as "Critical" and continues the download from 9GB - something is definitely wrong here, as it's listed at about 4MB in size for 64-bit.

You're still missing a lot of updates, for example, the dynamic updates such as KB3197099 which were released only 4 days ago (August 29, 2017) but was listed on my post. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-225#post-1367709 The point of my list was to update everything.

Hi for second time I have this issue with this KB, I haven't crystal ball but if I'm not wrong I'm sure that M$FT can force as I tell ;):( so I downgrade to Windows 8.1 again :weep:
