    Oh, after research, I found the solution :

    - Select a picture
    - Don't apply now then go to Advanced tab
    - Uncheck all options
    - Apply
    - Lock your PC and enjoy your new login background ;)

    I think I'm going to reinstall Windows because I have some things that I want to have deleted and fix the login problem

    One option that might work is to use takeownership and icalcs to give you back permissions...I dont know his source code but it is probably locked down to keep M$ from changing it back to default. Just a guess but it is worth a shot. :eek:
