We download & upload Terabytes of Microsoft products files, raw or patches, right after they go online, for all languages.
All files for *major* products should be released.
But remember that this costs time & money.
Thus, do not beg for them. If you want something, give something back (upload original files we don't have or upload files you downloaded so others can download and do the same).
