    I have this 18362.356.190908-0900.19H1_RELEASE_SVC_PROD1_CLIENTMULTI_X64FRE_EN-US.iso, is there a patch available to update this to 19041.xxx? Thanks!

    The shown ISO filename is probably an ESD or UUP > ISO converted ISO, not a good source for svf patching.

    Yes it came from the UUP dump site. I see, that is why I can't find its SHA from GezoeSloog's repo, thanks though!
