    This isn't working for me through Windows Update.

    I had the v4 Bypass Installed and then downloaded V5 AIO and I do not get the updates offered to me through Windows Update.

    Also, when I installed V5 AIO, I only got Option 3 (Install WU ESU Patcher and Option 9 to Exit.

    Any help on getting things to work through Windows Update would be appreciated!!

    Do you have KB4538483 installed? It is required to have ESU in Windows Update.

    so i selected the full installation of "BypassESU v5 AIO" and have all the prerequisites installed. Windows Update detected the March Service Stack Update and the Quality Rollup update... but not "Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 for x64-based systems (KB4540671)" and "Security Only Quality Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4541500)" ... when downloading these 2 KB files from MS catalog they can still be manually installed

    any ideas?

    Quality Rollup contains both KB4540671 and KB4541500. Windows Update always offers the rollups. Here's what you should do:
    1. If you download updates from Microsoft Catalog, then install the 2 updates manually.
    2. If you update your PC through Windows Update, then install the Rollup.

    WU won't offer the individual security fixes. If you only want those, install manually. Only rollups get offered

    Windows 7 ESU

    There are 4 patches so far, one of which is a SSU update. You can find them via the Microsoft Update Catalog using the keywords "2020-03 windows 7". Here is a link for easy access: catalog[dot]update[dot]microsoft[dot]com/Search.aspx?q=2020-03%20windows%207
