_smv.exe is not extracted thatswhy error. Checked it on win7 Guest OS & worked but on win10 Host OS it is not working .
Virus protection maybe? Is it different architecture of host OS? (x64 or x86) Did You tried to put some folder, at least? Checked SHA1 cheksum?
