@abbodi1406 I have tried all links of "9600.17053.141120-0031.winblue_refresh / IR5" None of them is available to download. But I can't find any report of this. What happened?
Hello! Maybe anyone here have a backup for these image? Thank you. Code: 9600.17053.winblue_refresh.141120-0031_x64fre_client_professional_en-us-ir5_cpra_x64frer_en-us_esd_5aacb6081bee0bf4cab69ec79812a9a3c0821a83.esd
Someone who has tried using the Media Creation Tool to convert ESD files to ISO, like with the Windows 10 or 11 Media Creation Tool, using a local XML and the /selfhost parameter — or does anyone know what command-line parameters the Windows 8.1 Media Creation Tool supports?
Mediacreation tool? this is the old windows 8.1 ESD thread. What exact ESD do you want to convert to ISO? The ESD links at the OP of this thread are no longer available it seems. For Windows 10/11 ESD to ISO you can use ESD>ISO. ESD>ISO Usage Tutorial
He probably want to create modified products.xml with working (3rd party) links i checked both MCT and inner MediaCreationTool.exe, it does not accept /selfhost or similar commands p.s. someone still has Win8.1 products_472_1.xml? i lost mine edit: got it, thanks LostED
I want to convert all the ESD files released for Windows 8.1 into ISO format. However, when using ESD>ISO, it doesn’t seem to preserve the MediaMeta.xml file — it appears to delete it
Basically, that’s what I want to do, but it’s a shame it doesn’t support the parameters. Thanks, guys
