I have tried all links of "9600.17053.141120-0031.winblue_refresh / IR5"

None of them is available to download.

But I can't find any report of this.

What happened?

Someone who has tried using the Media Creation Tool to convert ESD files to ISO, like with the Windows 10 or 11 Media Creation Tool, using a local XML and the /selfhost parameter — or does anyone know what command-line parameters the Windows 8.1 Media Creation Tool supports?

What exact ESD do you want to convert to ISO?

The ESD links at the OP of this thread are no longer available it seems.

For Windows 10/11 ESD to ISO you can use ESD>ISO.

I want to convert all the ESD files released for Windows 8.1 into ISO format. However, when using ESD>ISO, it doesn’t seem to preserve the MediaMeta.xml file — it appears to delete it

 

Basically, that’s what I want to do, but it’s a shame it doesn’t support the parameters. Thanks, guys

 

We have ALL MSDN ISOs saved But that is probably not what you want, i guess.
