I have to disable both Windows Modules Installer Worker and Background Intelligent Transfer Service. Windows Modules Installer Worker takes all RAM usage and Background Intelligent Transfer Service takes all CPU usage. These two are needed for Windows Update to work. So one problem solved, one new problem. It seems i'm stuck.
Been seeing the same issue on the last 2 or 3 IP builds here as well. WMI just appears out of nowhere and decided to consume resources. I've disabled WU services and set WMI to manual. So far it's not caused any side effects.
