The ISOs beyond the first release are Refresh ISOs, they simply contain the month's latest patches. For example, the 2019 Dec would contain the patches up to December.

Except for that, all the Server 2019 ISOs function the same. The patches are downloaded by WU, anyway. Personally, I do not worry about integrated updates at all.

What changed since it first appeared?

 

Instead of giving you an unknow download link with an experation time like it does now. In the past it would just say "error" and nothing else.

The error normally is shown when you aren't signed in at the IP website.

 

I always sign in to Server IP release. Anyway its back to normal now.

Hint : If you are satisfied with English language ISO, Just download the .iso.rar file & extract it.

but... If you want it in another language, also download the respective .svf file for your language. Then use that English ISO along with your language .svf file to make your desired ISO.
