i wonder how to remove existing packages like internet explorer and windows media player from it ? since dism or windows features on or off dose not work for removing existing components.

What would be required to introduce the concept of universal Windows packages ? An universal package, for let's say "DNS server", would be able to be installed on any Windows editions.
