Yes, wanted to say that, too, but forgot. On all my systems, I use ISO date format (ISO 8601, which is YYYY-MM-DD). It's standardized and can be sorted easily. About the "Select all" thingy, I currently use it and then uncheck+recheck one update. Install button becomes available, then.
Yes, thanks! The date format is just right for my locale. In addition, the "Select all" check box works without greyed out options that are applicable.
It seems like this is more complex than Sordum's "Windows Update Blocker" and Greatis' "StopUpdates10" in sense that isn't just a simple on/off switch. But this is interesting coming from MDL, and i may look in further.
After applying GPO settings in wumgr, it takes sometimes or even a reboot for red color text notice appear on the windows update page. but after using WUMT, red color text notice appear instantly, I guess WUMT forces to check for updates and stops it (?) and this way windows apply GPO settings instantly?
I encountered errors and could not download to install the most recent two cumulative updates. I had to manually download from the Microsoft page to install them. I have no problem with Windows Defender updates. Attached are screenshots of beginning and ending parts of the log. OS is on 1803 Build 17134.471 WUM is 0.9b.

That's German, but I dunno how that should happen. Open Settings and check if there is any German pack/content installed in Speech settings (Time & Language section).
Date settings, year is obvious, but month is only obvious if the day is over 13, year/month/day is my preferred choice.
It depends on your Edition. Enterprise and and other "higher" Editions - yes. Pro, partially. Home, not really. In the lower Editions, Windows ignores many WU-related Group Policy settings and Registry entries. Strong recommendation: WUMT Wrapper Script (comes with Wumgr, too).
