Mine are a little different than your screen shot..I have latest Win 10 Pro X64. I turned on three similar to yours thou. How do I test it now?
Took the screenshot from a Microsoft page. I think you only need the "show app notifications" switch. Can't test it myself, because I don't use Windows. Easiest would be prolly to install the MiniTool integrator again.
Please download latest version WUMT_Integrate_Installer.zip from post 1 again, and you have to have WUMT version 30.09.2016 for this to work as it's the latest. Then re-run WUMT_Integrate_Installer.exe.
Kaspersky IS does not like your exe Code: 07.12.2016 17.27.57Detected object (file) deletedC:\Users\Rob\Desktop\WUMT_Integrate_Installer\WUMT_Integrate_Installer.exeFile: C:\Users\Rob\Desktop\WUMT_Integrate_Installer\WUMT_Integrate_Installer.exeObject name: UDS:DangerousObject.Multi.GenericObject type: Unknown objectTime: 12/7/2016 5:27 PM
UDS.DangerousObject.Multi.Generic = Detected because it may be misused by unauthorized persons to damage data This is not a virus or everything malicious. Just flagged as "risky". If this file was detected as this, then the specific option is activated in the AV software
Nice idea dob. I got the "All done." message and the test notification was successful, but when I clicked on the toast or clicked on the icon that was placed on the desktop nothing happened. I could launch WUMT manually though.
Same thing happened with me, notification came but nothing happened when i clicked on it, it just went away.
The Windows MiniTool Revision History 12/12/2016 - Added key start -onclose. At the close the specified command will be executed or the script file. - Fixed display of interface elements by using the zoom. - Updated the translation to EN. Added ES. Now you can disable the update service at the close of the program, well, or run the calculator -onclose Run the specified command when closing the program. For example, you can run a bat file: [wumt.exe -update "-onclose D: \ run.bat"]. You can specify multiple -onclose keys, For example, (disable the update service): [wumt.exe "-onclose sc stop wuauserv" "-onclose sc config wuauserv start= disabled"]. Quotation marks "" are required for this command. @dobbelina How, if at all, would one be able to incorporate any of these commands when using your integrator? Can't see me using this with WUMT set to notification, but would be useful to know.
The Integrator program creates a task named WUMT2 that you can find under Task Sheduler. Open the task and edit the Actions tab where you can put any argument you'll like under "Add arguments (optional)"
The long time search can be avoided in WUMT by selecting "Include superseded". This works regardless of the other updates installed inlcluding KB3172605 or KB3138612 because it eliminates the root cause for the slow scanning.
