Oh well. Since this board got very popular many of the members don't read the headline of the thread. Activators and 'cracks' for W7 7600 are useless, read here why! Please think about what you want to ask and if it's related to the topic! Please, guys, most of them IS OFF TOPIC! Moderating is a hard matter at the moment. Please be cooperative and think about before you post. Thank you!
I've unfortunately turned my computer (Windows 7 7600.16385 64-bit) into a 'frankenbuild' and I'm wondering if there is anyway to reverse the process? I've tried running sfc /scannow but it says it can't repair the corrupted files Any help would be much appreciated
"format C:" is your friend Or maybe you get the replaced files so you can overwrite the RC files with the original W7 files.
Yes. Download Windows 7 Toolkit 1.8. Ask to install patch. Reboot. Then open Toolkit again and request all cracks be removed. You should be back to normal.
Does this thread have any purpose now since WOW7, 7Loader and HAZARs method? This thread should be locked and be made unsticky as it serves no purpose.
This thread was originally to be to warn about frankenbuild activation solutions. Now may have a invalid key blah blah using the SLP2.1 serial and asking what they did wrong.....I'm releasing it it...
Hi I'm back everyone. I've bean working on this day and night and have narrowed it down to one file so that by modifying and replacing this file, "slui.exe" in WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 you will be able to use all of it's features with no notifcations except for the desktop watermark witch can be removed with that orbit's tool. It's very easy. With a resource editor like res hacker if you open the slui.exe file and delete the MUI resource and then replace the slui.exe in windows\system32 with the one you modified with the editor it's activation nags are completely removed and it works for ever. That's all I have to say about it for now and just let eveyrone take it from here.
Thanx a lot for updated version! I am use your previous patch in my home basic version and so far works good.
I had to edit this post for providing the wrong information. My apologies to anyone this inconvenianced. The patch is very basic. Here is how it works: 1) Simply delete the file "%windir%\system32\sppcomapi.dll". 2) (optianal) With a resource editor, modify the file "%windir%\system32\en-US\user32dll.mui" to remove the watermark at the lower right of the desktop. There are patches available that will do this. Result: When running windows 7 all features will be enabled and the grace period time limit is removed.
