First a big "thank you" to caylor93 fur that great working link. Another much bigger "thank you" to all the people that worked on this site to make it possible to get such rare information. Now i´ve downloaded the biosmods, i will try to fix the problem with my mobo. So, i hope i can report you if it works. thx again balduin
No problem...took me a while to figure out one to download from. Good luck getting the board running. Kris
Hi to all! Now my board is running. The first mistake a made: i trusted in the description from the seller. But my board was not hdama G. It is hdama I, so with help of this site it find out the right one. I also find the right bios here and flashed it. And now it works great. I am so happy now. Thanks again. Balduin
All - I updated the big zip in the first post to add the HDAMA-revI BIOS v1.26 that was posted recently. If anyone tests it out, please let us know how it works for you.
hellppppp i got this hdama rhapsody board from ebay i have been trying to get a os on it for now over 3 days and am about to throw it out the window i have dual amd dual core opteron 270s in the board 4 gb of ram all cable set right i cant flash the bios or get a os on the hd all it tell me is os is missing or bios update failed please help
Can you find out exactly which HDAMA board you have? In terms of which BIOS to try, there are essentially two variants. HDAMA-revG (BIOS is backwards compatible with at least the revD). 2.xx versions HDAMA-revI (BIOS is not compatible with any other series). 1.1x - 1.2x versions
i have now tried to get the floopy disc working but i cant get the items on to disc as there to large even after deleting most of it so the was only the rom and 1 other file ther really am stuck on what to do
1. Go to bootdisk.com and create the driver-free bootdisk. 2. Copy any one of the BIOS ROM files and its associated BATCH script to the floppy disk. 3. Copy the phlash16.exe to the floppy disk.
sorry for the lack of knowing what to do here i have built pcs and loaded windows on them but this is all new to me
i use the bootdisk program to start with then i put in 1 rom and 1 batch file and i put in phlash16.exe all using winimage to put them across then it will load go to bios update screen and fail to open the file i also tried useing a dvd to update the bios and all that comes up with is operating system not found
Please be more specific and list the file names and the exact error message. Also if you want to try the IDE CD/DVD boot method again, then you can try 2 things: 1. Disconnect your hard drives so it tries to boot the next device. 2. Go into your BIOS and set the IDE CD/DVD drive as the first boot device.
