I think original poster meant you have to remove battery from your motherboard ;)

Interesting! The first ISA mod that doesn't work at Gigabyte bios!
Have you tried to use the ordinary FLASH895.EXE, which is usually provided by Gigabyte to update the bios instead of the new flashpi.exe?

Please make sure that you've updated the mod, not accidentally the original again.

If the ISA mod doesn't work anyway, we have to do a OEM7 mod, which could lead to that S3 issue again...

    <Options> of flashspi.exe :

/C - Clear DMI Data after BIOS Update
/D - Load CMOS Defaults after BIOS Update
/E - Clear CMOS after BIOS Update
/R - Reboot System after BIOS Update
/S - Save Original BIOS Image to Disk

Additionally you can save the applied mod of Fzeven with /S option and upload it again to check if you've lost the ISA module. (Prevention of Gigabyte?)

Link to mod removed. It doesn't work!!!

Check for a possible resume from S3 sleep activation issue.
