Sorry to hear about the failer. I looked at the bios and it already had a ACER SLIC table in it inside acpitbl.bin file. Maybe thats why it bricked as the isa mod inserts another SLIC just a thought.

    @ lainakuitti; techtype:
Thank you for the report, value it.

You got my mod pretty quick :D I pulled it because the other mod worked for somebody and I did not want a chance to brick your board. As with every flash n untested mod there is that chance. The other mod is different from one I did, its actually the compressed ISA module that has the special code with SLIC table that does the job. Just a correction. The mod I did is called SSV3 with oem7 having same size as org ACPITBL.BIN module keeping othe sensitive modules in their original places (credit Yen).

Since you've confirmed it works, I will put it back up for others.

    Thanks guys.

    Code:
     12 PCI driver[C] DA00h (54.5K) 8588h (33.38K) DEVICE\NETWORK\M56v517.23
(Marvell Semicon. (Was: Galileo Tech Ltd) BIOS)
     13 LOGO BitMap 4B30Ch (300.76K) 1538h (5.3K) LOGO\ABITlogoINTEL.BMP
     14 ISA ROM[2] 400h (1K) 363h (0.85K) IASUS.BIN

Thanks, the other mod did not activate and did not show a slic in Everest. Yours did both! That makes me like yours a lot better. LOL

Yeah! LoL! I can't explain why tekken has confirmed his ISA2 mod. A OEM7 mod will always work if the board isn't bricked at first reboot:D

A ISA mod is more safe, but doesn't work at all boards.
Maybe tekken is running a softmod as well.

This is not the only case which gave different results.;)
IMO: here: OEM7 works, ISA2: NOT!
