Check your AV log. Redownload or open the original zip and check the content of the bin folder, to see if the extracted folder contains all correct files.
I encountered the following error. When I disable antivirus and check the bin folder, I can't find any msiesu64.dll for my windows 7 64bit PC. ==== ERROR ==== Required file bin\msiesu64.dll is missing. Press any key to exit. ================================================ Please assist. Thank you.
Yes i disable antivirus before I download and extract the version9 7z file. Can you chk if that file is present in your 7z after extract? Can someone post a link for me to download this missing file? Thanks.
I downloaded from the GOOGLE Drive source and extracted... all needed files are there. If it's missing, something in your System is gobbling it up.
I found the problem. My antivirus has auto delete the file even if i disabled it. I have uninstall it and now the file is present. Not sure why it treat this as virus. Thanks.

Hello again @Enthousiast following the posts of: @Enthousiast is it possible to have a link to download: all this please When you have ndp45 installed: ndp45 (ndp45-kb4569780-x64_9e6e8cffcbdc9f80691619b5328f05047e8fd6ba.exe) or when you have ndp472 installed: ndp472 (ndp47-kb4576612-x64_91b04cb0e8ab480aff3df33412bb1d4bdebfff33.exe) or when you have ndp48 installed: ndp48 (Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 4.8 for Windows 7 (KB4576487)) Thank you very much . I'm still connected waiting for an answer from you
You only need one ndp update, not all three and only the latest, just the one for your already installed ndp4xx version.
Hello again @Enthousiast So I summarize: 1. I install Windows 7 2. I make all the updates possible via Windows Update 3. I install the kb4570673 4. I install the kb4575903 5. I apply the Esu Bypass v9 AIO 6. I install the KB4577051 7. I install the KB4577010 8. I install the KB4577053 9. I install the kb4569767 10. I install the: ndp45 11. I install the ndp472 12. I install the ndp48 of course I restart when it asks me did I just? I stay connected waiting for a response from you. P.S : next Tuesday there will be new ones will you upload them here too ?
You only need the latest ndp update for the installed ndp version, not all three. And for a clean install, not containing any updates, you also need the prerequisite updates, mentioned by @abbodi1406 at the OP. I've updated this post, it's a test for the new tutorial format: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...dates-eligibility.80606/page-223#post-1620932
Re @Enthousiast I must therefore install at the end that the: ndp48 very well And for a clean install, not containing any updates, you also need the prerequisite updates, mentioned by @ abbodi1406 at the OP. So you're talking about: Prerequisite Updates to mention in the ReadMe.txt of bypass esu v9 should I install them just before applying your tutorial here I understand correctly? which would give roughly the blow to summarize: 1. I install Windows 7 2. I make all the updates possible via Windows Update 3. I install : Prerequisite Updates to mention in the ReadMe.txt of bypass esu v9 4. I install the kb4570673 5. I install the kb4575903 6. I apply the Esu Bypass v9 AIO 7. I install the KB4577051 8. I install the KB4577010 9. I install the KB4577053 10. I install the kb4569767 11. I install the ndp48 I will spend tomorrow in the day to see if you left an answer, I wish you a good night
