WU offered me this morning July 6, 2021—KB5004953 (Monthly Rollup) Out-of-band (PrintNightmare print spooler bug)
I wonder if we're gonna get another update next Tuesday as well since this was called a Monthly Rollup.
Yes 2021-07 KB5004953 Rollup = 2021-06 KB5003667 + Print fix it does not contain any other new security fixes
I had slow reboots after KB5003667, KB5004953 and KB5004289. Disabling a bunch of things in startup seems to have solved the problem.
Is Patch Tuesday early? I just got 2021-07 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB5004953).
for the KB5003667, you can install the latest simplix pack which contains it ->https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...otfixes-into-win7-distribution.45005/page-198
After it cant to install the June Quality Rollup (KB5003667) now i cant install the July Quality Rollup (KB5004953).
That is the june updatepack, latest (containing the security patch) is here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...win7-distribution.45005/page-198#post-1672862
Is this relevant for my problem? "c:\windows\logs\cbs\checksur.log" -> appid and keyform do not match; keyform is wrong. Error Code 2147549183
I already installed KB5003779 (6/2021 Roll up) and Security Update KB5004953 (PrintNightmare) with Bypass ESU Ver9. Do I need to install ver11? Many thanks
Such installation failures are hard to fix and they mostly caused by WinSxS store corruption (files or registry keys)
Another mighty fine Patch Tuesday on my Win 7 machines thanks to the developers here of the ESU Bypass.
