    Yen:
Just picked up a 50ml bottle of Ivermectin from the local feed store for $40 US. It went without incident. The cashier rang it up, no questions asked. I expected a little push back but there was none.

They also had the paste and unlike the salami log I saw before these were small syringe like things, maybe 6 grams each for like $10 US. I took a look at the Safety Data Sheet and there were 3 items listed for the filling, all supposed trade secrets and there was no telling what the 98% of the compound was mixed in with the 1.87% Ivermectin, so I passed on the paste and got the 50ml 1% solution figuring that it was just mixed with a saline solution.

I have no need for it right away, but I figured it would be better to have it if I ever need it. I'd follow the FLCCC guidelines to the letter if I ever need to use it.

One question I have is that all the formulas are given in mL and all the syringes that I have are in CC's. I looked up some on line conversion tables and they say 1mL = 1CC. Seems too easy to me. Just want to confirm it one way or the other.

Thanks for all your help, and great information.

    .

The guidelines on the label and data sheet, all say 1mL per 100# which pretty much is exactly what you had suggested.

I did not post an own summary of the JAMA study in advance to avoid that people here might argue it comes with own bias.
Instead of I asked to watch the video.
You hit the nail perfectly. This is a study I would consider as study with major issues.

Before you make a study you have to clearly declare an outcome, a goal in advance. This is common sense not to cherry-pick those data later that might match one's idea. This outcome has been changed during the study. First point.
To be able to obtain any significance at mild progresses at younger people you need to recruit a huge bunch of people. Second point.
The placebo group accidentally got the real stuff. Third point.
They administered their own preparation of IVM, gave it to the people for home use (self-administering). As 'proof' they asked for the empty bottles.
The half-life of IVM and active metabolites is 3 days. The condition to participate in the study was 5 days minimum without IVM use before.(Was there any rest activity, though?)

    Yes it is that simple.
    1CC cubic centimeter (1 cm^3) = 1 mL mililiter
    1 dm^3 cubic decimeter = 1 L liter.

Yes keep it in a dry dark place. Just in case of. I'll do the same with my Iverheal pills should they arrive through the customs.
It only contains saline as assumed. It's the better choice over horse paste.

"The guidelines on the label and data sheet, all say 1mL per 100# which pretty much is exactly what you had suggested."

Please recheck this. Not sure what you wanted to type actually by #!!!!

    IVM 1% solution
Each CC means 10 milligrams of IVM. If you are 70 kg and therefore need 70*0.2mg upper dose according to FLCCC = 14 mg you need 1.4 CC = 1.4 mL.

This is the result you also get using the provided formula at post #2182.
Make sure to recheck FLCCC site from time to time if they are updating their recommendation.

Another point (just for the picky ones).
Percent actually means (if not stated otherwise) mass by mass!

But at injection solutions (I asked a paramedic) it means mass by volume. 1% means one gram of IVM in 100 mL.
It actually is not much of difference since the density of water or diluted aqueous solutions is around 1.
Means one milliliter is around one gram.

Thanks for clarifying the CC vs ml conversion.
100# = 100 lbs per body weight of cows, a bit more for swine. See attached for some screen shots of SDS. and labels.
I'm used to #'s = lbs. Not so where you are?

Also attached is the SDS for the "Saline" solution. Odd that one spells out the concentration and the other considers the concentration somehow "proprietary". Both are the same substance, and I have no clue as to what they are. Propylene Glycol sounds a lot like automobile antifreeze, Ethylene Glycol. Shooting up antifreeze?? UGH.

I had even to google what lbs means. :D
My granddad still used pound. It's been half of a kilogram here exactly 500 gram.

So OK 1lbs = 453.59237 g Got it. (We here in the lab are always using SI base units and direct relations to them.)

    The injection solution.
When I saw the molecular structure of IVM the first time I actually got aware that its solubility in pure water is bad.
But when I referred and answered here I was unaware.

So yes it cannot be a pure aqueous solution.

Both of ingredients are used to
-as a carrier and solubilizer when it gets to aqueous environment. (You can say emulsifier)
-to get it in solution at all
-to have a stabilized clear solution also after months.

    Some info:
1,3-Dioxolan-4-ylmethanol. In organic chemistry there are a lot of synonyms and trivial names.
It is better known as sericosol-n and glycerol formal.

It is mainly used in veterinary medicine but also listed there below 'other uses' at human drugs.
    http://www.laboratoriosmicrosules.com/en/producto/glycerol-formal/

    I researched a bit more.
There is even an old patent "Pharmaceutical injectable solutions containing paracetamol and combinations of paracetamol with other active substances."
They suggest the use of formal glycerol.
    https://patentimages.storage.googleapis.com/f6/c4/a9/f6a6242d1e4f89/EP0916347A1.pdf

Here an other info. It's even recommended for toxicity tests of other substances:
    https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.2042-7158.1959.tb12538.x

It is not common to be used in human medicine as injection ingredient, though.

1,2 Propylene-glycol. It is even tolerated by the FDA in some foods.
    https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfcfr/cfrsearch.cfm?fr=184.1666

The ingredient 1,2 Propylene-glycol is of no concern for orally COVID use of the IVM veterinary solution. It is tolerated in foods to a higher amount as you'd use.

For glycerol formal I try to get more infos also asking some lab colleagues tomorrow.
I want to get more info on human medical use. It is not toxic when appropriate quantities are administered that is sure, swine have a similar pharmacology than humans.:)

The Council of Europe prohibits compulsory vaccination.

The Council of Europe (not to be confused with the EU), to which all European states except Belarus, Kosovo and the Vatican belong and which is the sponsor of the European Court of Human Rights, decided on January 27, 2021 in its resolution 2361/2021, among other things that no one can be vaccinated against their will, under pressure.

As of now, any mandatory vaccination is in contradiction with the Council of Europe resolution. Discrimination at work, for example, or the travel ban for unvaccinated people are therefore questionable from a human rights point of view. Now it can be invoked in all legal proceedings against the authorities, every employer, every travel agent, every home manager, etc.

The original resolution can be read here:

    OK,
even though it is not commonly used at human medicine glycerol formal is ok, too. (For your planed use).

    The vet. use datasheet: https://www.ema.europa.eu/en/docume...ommittee-veterinary-medicinal-products_en.pdf

And tox info about IVM itself:
A suicide attempt using IVM (it has failed).
    https://www.annemergmed.com/article/S0196-0644(99)70271-4/fulltext

    Case number 7:
15.4mg/kg. This is 77 times overdosage of the max therapeutic use.

Outcome 4: Means severe. Agitation, drowsiness, dizziness, weakness, coma, rhabdomyolysis ICU care, oxygen; 9 days

77 times overdose suicide attempt with IVM did not work. This indicates a very wide rage of toleration.

    Yen:
    That's good to know.
I guess the other option is to just inject it and not have to worry about stomach interactions. Probably the easiest way to get the syringes is to go the the local drug hehab place and pick up some. I'm guessing they probably give them out for free.

They say in the instructions to inject the solution into the fatty part of the animal. I got some of that around my waist, so no problem there. :p

It's too bad that the MSM isn't having a factual discussion like this one to address the correct dosage and the correct procedures if you want to try it yourself. Bottom line making pills available would solve all these questions. The FLCCC spells the dosages out very clearly and anybody could follow them. I just don't get why there is so much negativity to Ivermectin. It's safe, cheap, and if it works, great. What have you got to lose by trying it.
But what do I know. o_O

Today this emerged at my neck of the wood: in the UK top echelons of "governmental scientific advisory board" only ONE (1!!!) person had Public Health Policy training!!!!

The alternative SAGE was much better, therefore usually calling much better shots than the official one and - that's the reason!

Example: last year, https://cheltenham.co.uk was allowed to run and some 250.000 people "mingled" as if nothing bad was happening...

SAGE was against, the officials let it happen, the Gov said "It's OK, go ahead" and the rest is history...

As are godknows how many people who contracted the virus there...

The 2 top scientific advisers had NO Public Health Policy training whatsoever....

And they barely learnt their lesson: this year Cheltenham will not be allowed and the upper and aspiring middle classes will have to find another form of "entertainment"...

    Not generally.
Each of us knows facts which makes one almost crying!
To me it is the fact that IVM is not available for those suffering from severe and long COVID. I consider it as a crime at humanity.
You can clearly study Peru. The numbers went down drastically when the old govt. initiated their IVM program. And you clearly can see what happened when the new govt. did stop it. Numbers were going up again!
The Peru study is compared to the JAMA study a real study with millions of people and real IVM administration. Lima was late and you can compare to it as a placebo group.

It's by far not such a mess where they have to show the empty bottle to prove they have taken the IVM. (JAMA study).

No honestly. Would you take experimental stuff participating in a study where you have the chance to ditch it by pouring it down the drain?
Or would you ask others to share the stuff from those having real benefits at COVID19 when knowing you have got placebo only?
Remember Pfizer's Viagra. Actually planned for using it against heart-related chest pain. Within the study some participants experienced the 'other' effects and they shared the pills messing up the study, but having fun otherwise. :D

IVM's efficacy for COVID is seemingly around 80%. Not as good as Pfizer and Moderna, but better as AZ and J&J vaccine.
It has not those side effects, is well established for decades, cheap and variant independent!

No it's exactly the other way around!
The stomach is an instance of additional safety!

It kills pathogens which can be dangerous when getting directly into the bloodstream.
It metabolises the ingredients. I bet the BA (bioavailability) is increased using ORALLY a solution of IVM and using the ingredients which act firstly as a carrier instead of any solid forms such as pills.
I've read a study where they dissolved the IVM in ethanol and they got higher plasma levels compared to pills.

ORALLY only and only if indicated!!! Do not mess with injections, please.:hug2:
Preferably during dinner on full stomach. (IVM 'likes' fatty meals).

Injections are only used (mainly) if:
-The drug does not arrive (gets decomposed / metabolised in stomach etc..)
-Has to act instantly. I.e. emergency drugs.

The vet. IVM injection solution is actually not needed as such (Medically reasoned).

When dick-heads rule and then "suddenly" realise just how "limited" they are and that their decisions cost many thousands of lives needlessly....

    https://www.mirror.co.uk/news/polit...TzQ19GVMsPAxkbVOBcZTAJYziAK35BYnjfRkMk_Xyw3aM

"Boris Johnson faces explosive claims of complacency, mistakes and stubbornness in the first year of the Covid-19 pandemic - which led to "more cases and more deaths."

In the early days of the outbreak, the PM reportedly suggested the best way to deal with Coronavirus would be to “ignore it”, according to the BBC's investigation.

And despite a year of denials from Downing Street, the BBC today reports there was a “genuine argument” in Number 10 over whether to pursue a “herd immunity” strategy of allowing the virus to burn through the population - potentially killing thousands more.

And it’s claimed there were discussions of “chicken pox parties” - where healthy people would be encouraged to deliberately spread the disease to each other in order to spread antibodies.

It’s also claimed Mr Johnson’s aides specifically told the PM that he should tell the public to stop shaking hands ahead of an early Downing Street press conference.

Instead, the Prime Minister boasted that he’d just visited a Covid-19 ward and had “shaken hands with everybody.”"

    Until he fell ill...

OK, message received, you've convinced me. Now all I have to do is to figure out how to do it. I don't think mixing the correct mixture in a glass of water would make any sense. First the water would dilute it, and I'm not sure if how much would end up in my stomach seeing as how it could be absorbed by all the plumbing on it's way to the stomach. I haven't tried adding it to a capsule that I take from time to time. I'm not too worried about any sort of reaction with say a Fiber Suppliment but I don't know how the liquid mixture will react with the gelatin capsule. I'll have to do some experimenting with plain water to see what happens.

I don't think trying to soak a pill like an aspirin will work. It might take more than one, and I got a feeling that as soon as I soak the aspirin tablet it will start to dissolve immediately. I'll fiddle around with various options to what might work. I'm open to any suggestions you might have.

Hopefully I won't ever have to use this but if I do need it, I want to be ready.

Here is a timely reminder to all you saying "Oh, it's nothing..." Aha, sweet...

    https://www.bbc.com/news/world-latin-america-56424611

"Brazil Sao Paulo health chief urges lockdown as Covid deaths surge

Health officials in Brazil's most populous state, Sao Paulo, have called on the new health minister to consider imposing a national lockdown as coronavirus deaths continue to rise.

On Tuesday Brazil recorded 2,841 Covid-related deaths - its highest ever daily total.

Sao Paulo registered 679 deaths, also a record for the state.

Brazil has the second highest number of infections and deaths in the world, behind the US.

Health minister Marcelo Queiroga - who will be formally appointed on Wednesday - is the fourth person to hold the office since the pandemic began.

He was given the job on Monday by President Jair Bolsonaro, who has faced widespread criticism over his handling of the outbreak.

President Bolsonaro has consistently opposed quarantine measures introduced by state governors, arguing that the collateral damage to the economy will be worse than the effects of the virus itself.

In remarks to the media on Tuesday, Mr Queiroga urged Brazilians to wear masks and wash their hands but stopped short of endorsing a lockdown or even social distancing measures.

The cardiologist told CNN Brasil that while "lockdowns were used in extreme situations, they could not be government policy".

That drew a strong response from Joao Gabbardo, the head of Sao Paulo's Covid-19 emergency body.

Posting on Twitter, he said private hospitals had been requesting space in the public health system because of the demand for intensive care beds.

"When he [Queiroga] takes over, he will face the worst numbers in the pandemic," Mr Gabbardo tweeted, adding: "Suggestion: do not take a stand against a national lockdown."

Right-wing President Bolsonaro has consistently played down the dangers of the pandemic - last week telling people to "stop whining" about Covid-19.

In total, the country has registered more than 11.6 million infections and 282,000 deaths since the pandemic began.

The latest surge in cases has been attributed to the spread of highly contagious variants of the virus.

Regional health systems are reported to be close to collapse with intensive care units almost at full capacity in 15 state capitals.

The government has also faced criticism for the slow rollout of vaccines. It is currently distributing the Oxford-AstraZeneca and Chinese-developed CoronaVac jabs and has placed orders for the Pfizer-BioNTech, Johnson & Johnson and Russian Sputnik V vaccines. So far about 4.6% of the population has received at least one dose."

No one here is saying that...

but lets have a little perspective here
Approximately 1.35 million people die each [YES EACH] year [WHO Figures] as a result of (directly attributed to) road traffic crashes.

In the UK, NHS Figures would suggest that of the 125,000 + deaths reported, only 3,000 can be directly attributed to COVID ... search the thread (reported previously)

    ... get my gist?

    Ask any person

1.Are you ready to be vaccinated with the experimental drugs?
2.Are you ready to participate in research like experimental animals?
3.Are you ready for side effects?
(decrease in systolic and diastolic heart function?
    irreversible pathological conditions causing infertility?
And an additional hundred side ones)

    P.S.
It seems to me that who is shouting that it is necessary to be vaccinated or he has already been vaccinated himself and now, so that it is not so offensive to die, let others also get vaccinated!
Or is it people who are paying them for it?
And the third group is just idiots!
