That's the one thing I've bitched about since this whole Covid-19 thing started. Without a reference to the infection rate as a percentage of the population you have no idea as to the severity of the infection. Here's something I put together for the 50 states of the US, that lists every State, number of total infections and deaths with the percentage calculated by population for the infection rate, and total deaths. And I would submit that the infection rates reported without some sort of reference to the Cycle Threshold would be much lower than reported. .
Your 2% is not correct. It doesn't matter the case count, recovered, etc. The only thing that matters is the death count as a percentage of the population. With the total deaths at 629,064 and the population of the USA is approx 328,300,000. Then 629,064 / 328,3000 = 0.192% not 2% The spreadsheet I put together differs slightly from those numbers because I didn't include these:

Rumble?!?!?!? Serves you right, ... The article/link I posted re. the rates is much more specific and precise in explaining why these numbers can NOT be deemed absolute, from the fact that not all cases are reported onwards... One must be really careful here...
I accept this opinion. By posting what you have posted you also have to accept that if you should be wrong you would be also at least mentally responsible for the suffering and deaths of people which could have been saved IF I am right (and the FLCCC and the docs already using them with success, according to their statements and the tons of studies available). Those drugs could be distributed worldwide in a huge amount very quickly and cheap. It does not happen because there are people like you who think they are of no benefit. You can be wrong; I can be wrong. It doesn't really matter. We both don't have the real responsibility for the public health. (Well I have those meds handy because I personally go exactly that way.) But when it gets clearer that the authorities are wrong by that...well then a medical tragedy of misleading, ignorance and greed will be written in our history books.
