There have been a few rounds of random testing in MA lately and they are consistently finding 1/3 of randomly selected symptom free people to be infected. I am starting to wonder if we would be better off if this were more like the actual flu where you almost always feel like crap if you have it. Maybe people feeling fine and going about their regular life is the entire problem here?

You being poorly informed about the issues make it easy. Plus, your attitude on this issue is laughable, indeed. To me, all Humans are just that - Humans! And I treat them equally! Naturally, I expect to be treated the same... MLK put it the right way for me - it's about character and in this case "knowing about the issues"... So, I couldn't care less about the colour of your skin. I care about rational arguments. If none, or if your "arguments" are badly constructed and ill-informed, I'll tell you or anyone else about racism (or anything else, for that matter), any day, all day long, provided I know better about a subject... I haven't any power. I can't censor people's speech (like you do), arrest doctors, imprison dissidents, or release deadly biological weapons against the world. I don't operate mobile execution vans, harvest the organs of prisoners, and haven't declared Islam to be a mental illness. You should address your concerned about pure evil with the government that manifests it, and not waste time arguing with anonymous strangers that merely describe it.

The average age of the people that have died there is 80 and all of them had at least one other illness and some more . = The ones that died were allready ill , they were over the normal lfe expectancy and our society has about 2 / 5 old people so the death rate looks worse . Heard on de local News this morning to date 28 people had died of de Kung Flu in St. Landry Parish. (Where I live) 25 of dem were Nursing Home residents. Last Week dey announced dat 20 Workers at Opelousas General Hospital had tested positive, were treated and had gone back to work. It really affects de elderly more in my area. Maybe Bat should start being more careful

I do not censor people's speech. I guess anybody who's reading here 'still' knows how you are thinking about China's govt. I have left back your idea of the origin of COVID-19 and many other posts.... My job here is (and sometimes I wish it would be not, I would be 'just' a member who can participate in a discussion of a matter which does affect all of us) to keep the thread on topic. And therefore I make personal decisions. I am voluntarily here since 2007, do not take or get any donations / money. By doing that I make use of the same 'power' you do...to decide what belongs to something and what not. And when being on a 'foreign domain' like in one's house, a foreign country, or site, I respect the ideas and rules which do apply there. And if I could not I do leave. This is common sense.
