This makes me wonder why doctors wear it when they are seeing patients?! It is I think a case of prevention is better than cure. However people have been going nuts with enforcing masks. They also take your temperature when you go into certain places like banks. I think it would also be detrimental to your well being if you unfortunately had the compulsion to cough in certain places. I don't trust humans and I certainly don't trust a gathering of them! The stupidity level in crowds seems to multiply. Better off just staying at home and ordering groceries.

    Erm, still no.
Nitroglycerine is explosive yes, but the movie industry has utterly overdone it. The same they did with 'acids' and their corrosivity.
Paracelsus has an philosophical aspect on what we call poison.

    -There is no absolute poison.
-There has to be an agent (active substance) and a subject that can be poisoned.
    -Every 'thing' can be poison.

Nitroglycerine has a chemical potential (is explosive) and a pharmacological (is vasodilating). Both are completely different attributes. It's actually 'harmless' :D

The protective measures of different doctors varied already before corona. A dentist for instance always carried a mask. (Aerosoles at dental clearance / drilling)...some GPs did also...

Yes to Paracelsus, the person. He was a great revolutionist.
No to the relation to Nitroglycerin..he's spoken about poison.

And no to CDS. My classification is purely scientific (from what I know). It is useless to fight corona. And it is useless for any other viral disease.
I mean would you drink pool water that's treated with chlorine only because it kills bacteria and viruses to fight corona?!?
The attempt is actually the same. Chlorinedioxide is suffering from disproportionation at stomach conditions. You actually get the same products! (Chlorine (III) and Chlorine (V))...

It is cool to show effects in vitro! And it is cheap yes. But you cannot deny its nature.

No I cannot deny it. I can deny human nature believing to know it all about all scientific "facts" though.

    Yes, from what you know.

However, sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) sodium chlorite (NaClO2)

sodium chlorite + hydrochloric acid = dioxide chloride

roflao I don't see dioxide chloride neither sodium chlorite in the following article:

What? He's saying that any substance is poison and is not. It all depends on the dose.
    Harmless? Yeah right.

    Nitroglycerin overdose
    Nitroglycerin side effects

    Can't see any harmless here...

Professor Karl Henegan, Director of the Oxford Center for Evidence Medicine, said in an interview that masks are not effective for the public, both in general and individually, masks pass 85% of all viruses! The strategy of constant suppression, as in New Zealand, makes no sense and causes long-term damage. The spread of masks has become a big business. At a time when the lethality (IFR) of the Covid-19 was about 0.1-0.3% and was therefore comparable to previous epidemics and influenza pandemics.

You are quoting out of (my and your original) context. :)
You originally posted nitroglycerine's 2 attributes. Heart (vasodilator) and explosive. Both have nothing to do with Paracelsus (poison). But of course what he said about active agents applies to it as well.

'Harmless' I posted with smiley and quotation mark, related to what it 'does' in Hollywood movies where explosions are virtual means only!

You don't have to disqualify my arguments. They are chemically perfect. We just have different opinions about ClO2 and guess what? I hope you are right and it could fight corona. :)

Maybe my assessment is wrong. I am a researcher and always open minded. But I am not blue-eyed. The uncertainty is : How to weight those equations / arguments. (That it is basically the same as a disinfection with chlorine?)
I think it is useless as specific anti viral therapy. e.g. corona.

Don't wanna post the chemical equations which reason that water that has been treated with chlorine (and only that, never spoke of other pool agents) and ClO2 in water decompose to the same intermediates in human body (Cl2 has some other disadvantages and ClO2 is more aggressive) OK.....but maybe that about ClO2:

"The concise term 'MMS' originates from the American engineer and inventor Jim Humble who accidentally discovered in an emergency situation in South American jungle that the agent Chlorine dioxide ClO2 causes basically in vivo the same like at disinfection of drinking water. It eliminates pathogens."

    https://www.manfred-menke.de/trinkwasser-und-chlordioxid/

This is exactly my opinion. (I posted it is the same approach!) #710 :)

It is unspecific and that's my argument that it does more harm than it helps. Just that simple. Completely free of any politics and economical aspects.

    Do me one favour please.
As soon as you encounter side effects, stop administration of it.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, kidney failure, drop in blood pressure.
Be careful :hug2: and post results. (if you like) .

    I've discovered mass media lies.
Media: masks in the general population may slow down the infection process, but there has been no evidence of this so far.
Studies on masks have been conducted since 1931, with a frequency of 10\15 years.
As early as 1931, the studies published that viruses were so small that masks had no barrier.
