I accept that to a certain extent. I'm not a fan of snide comments most of the time and try to avoid making them myself as much as possible. However... in some cases a post is just so horrible that a snide comment might just get let out because frankly, this s**t is too serious to let unsubstantiated conspiracy theories slide. There's zero evidence, anywhere, of any real merit that this was anything other than an animal to human transmission of a virus. Conspiracy theories are fun but ultimately they're a distraction from the fact that the real world tends to be quite boring. Sometimes conspiracy theories are true, certainly. But there needs to be a basis for it with legitimate evidence, otherwise it's just ranting that makes people more anxious and panicky than they need to be right now. It's counterproductive, especially if it results in people doing things as a result of reading about such theories that actually hurt their chances of avoiding the virus or resolving this crisis in a rapid fashion.

 

Xolvix1 look was not having a go ... was just stating the comment that was not needed . the fact is I can see and was making an observation of the situation on the coronavirus. I know it's not a very nice subject to have theory's about or second guesses at and who or why. but my post was on merit of what I see.

Reading Aljazeera news report on line and that states 1,400 deaths in Italy and Iran is blaming their spread because of the severe U.S. sanctions.
Another report on line states less than 500 death rate in Italy?
The local and national news (NBC/Comcast) does not say anything about any death rates at all for anywhere!
CDC has now stated no gatherings more than 50 people, Restaurants and bars are closing. A run on toilet paper???
Walmart has reduced their hours to clean....One would think they cleaned their store's before now?

Everyone is in panic mode u should see people in the markets here in my city they think the world is coming to a end.

 

I plan on drinking mass quantities of alcohol... If I can get my blood level content to 70% I can kill any type of virus that attempts to infect me!!!
(alcohol kills viruses!)

A solutions that wouldn't actually cure or get rid of the virus, but would make people behave more sanely about it: Quarantine the News and Social Media for a month.

Swine Flu or what is called H1N1 killed a multitude many more world wide than this Corona virus .... but Swine Flu was not considered a pandemic in 2009?

 

i think the number is much higher than is been reported they just dont want people to panic is bad enough as it is....theirs reports of a test vaccine for who ever wants to volunteer and take it....lets see the results on it.
