    Hi Antman
The pass of your D620 is ....: y0iou5ur (note: second digit is a zero 0)
So the number tqhoang did give is wrong
And shortening the Eprom on this type of laptop ( 595B ) does not work , since nobody knows where the eprom is.....(on this type)
    Good luck :)

I don't know how BIOS info is stored on that model, but sometimes - unplug the power, remove the battery, and remove the coin-battery powering CMOS. Wait a few minutes, plug everything back together, and see if the BIOS is reset.

Can you please provide the link for the application that generated that password?

Since this website is not in my country.....and many people will be disappointed , since then they cannot ask money for unlocking
Dell laptops.....( and I will be disappointed if someone asks money for this...)
leave this link on this webpage , so I know it is open to all , .......techadepts.com/?p=385
Could not put a real link here , but this should be enough.

A Dell D620 does not do anything when started up and shows the password screen , you cannot start with: floppy,cd,or usb , nothing works.
So this link is only for older Dell with a different Tag , not usable for tags ending on 959B
