The master password generator doesn't support "1F5A" password scheme. You will likely need to downgrade your BIOS. What BIOS version are you running now?
When your laptop is booting, you should see something like "A##" on the main screen. Or if you can press F2, can you at least get into the BIOS menu (albeit read-only)?
You might need to revert the BIOS to A10 or earlier. Only way to revert the BIOS is to get an HDR file and do the HDR recovery method. But, the BIOS updater doesn't have an easy way of extracting the HDR file from the BIOS. You might need to use the Dell Client Configuration Utility (DCCU) and see if you can generate it it.
