The master password generator doesn't support "1F5A" password scheme. You will likely need to downgrade your BIOS. What BIOS version are you running now?

When your laptop is booting, you should see something like "A##" on the main screen. Or if you can press F2, can you at least get into the BIOS menu (albeit read-only)?

    Bios Revision A11

I cannot press F2 to go into setup because then it prompts for password.

You might need to revert the BIOS to A10 or earlier. Only way to revert the BIOS is to get an HDR file and do the HDR recovery method.

But, the BIOS updater doesn't have an easy way of extracting the HDR file from the BIOS. You might need to use the Dell Client Configuration Utility (DCCU) and see if you can generate it it.

    Hello!

My Service Tag is BLS1YN1-1F5A (Dell E6510, A09).

I understand that the 1F5A unlocker is not public yet, however, I don't see any other choice but to wait for it to become available. What is the most likely group to obtain it? Anyone working on it right now?

    Thanks!

This is for a QWERTY keyboard layout.
Also try hitting CTRL+ENTER after you type it in.
