    weird, it works for me here. make sure you click on the link directly, not copy it into the address bar.
    as i heard there is few countries ISP having problem with the server, which country are you clicking this link from?

    andy has constantly been updating Phoenix Tool, hence the final binary (hash) most likely is different.
