I seem to have installed W10 LTSC 1809 successfully (thank you all!), now downloaded the Office 2019 "ProPlus2019Retail.img" file from the link in the OP.

Given that I've already used KMS_VL_ALL to activate W10, does Enthousiast's guidance apply to me too?

To be clear, I should follow these simple steps:

1) Mount the iso, run the setup.exe
2) run "C2R-Retail2Volume"
3) run "KMS_VL_ALL" to activate

If there's an even more painless way to proceed, I'll be very grateful to learn - cheers!

 

When KMS_VL_ALL is already running for OS activation, it SHOULD only need a reboot to also activate Office, when it's converted to VL.

If that does not work, run activate.cmd again.

And more thanks for having done this for so long - I've had the same Windows 7 install working without issue for years thanks to this forum, without which so much would have been extremely difficult.

Okay I ran this and the output is same as before. It checks for update, shows downloading for .5 seconds then closes.

 

Questions about custom installing the ProPlusRetail.IMG

My configuration.xml is set up as...
<Configuration>
<Add OfficeClientEdition="32" Channel="PerpetualVL2019">
<Product ID="ProPlus2019Volume">
<Language ID="en-US" />
<ExcludeApp ID="PowerPoint" />
~ the rest cut for space ~

It installs fine minus Powerpoint, etc and with the Channel/Product ID set up like this there is no need to run C2R-R2V, only KMS_VL_ALL-35.

Question 1

Is the installation via this method any different on the VL side as say using C2R-R2V_11 on an full install of ProPlusRetail.IMG?

To create a custom retail install i have the configuration.xml set up as
<Add OfficeClientEdition="32" SourcePath="C:\proplus2019retail" Channel="Monthly">
<Product ID="ProPlus2019Retail">
Now this also installs correctly with only the apps I want but im curious as to why the SourcePath must be used and why Channel works only by being listed as Monthly and not PerpetualVL2019 which is what everyone says it is by default for ProPlus?

That might be 3 questions. There will be a flogging for that.

2- you do not need the SourcePath only if the configuration.xml is place inside or beside Office folder

PerpetualVL2019 is restricted for 2019Volume SKUs, and XVolume SKUs for Project/Visio 2016

Monthly is the default channel for 2019Retail SKUs

 

Hi.
Where can I find a cleanup tool for Microsoft Office 2019 which cleans everything and doesn´t leave any traces behind. Since 3 days ago I have issues with Outlook 2019 and Gmail and Yandex. I just get messages that the ecrypted connection TLS/SLL isn´t the right configuration. Kept it also in AUTOMATIC but still the same. Yahoo sometimes works and sometimes not.
On my Laptop works ewverything fine without any issues.
Tried normal uninstall and reinstall but still the same problem. Removed all accounts, and while creating them again, the encryption issue is still the same.
Any idea?

Anyone knows a kms link to activate office, it says my office has expired and can't find the link for kms office 2019 activation. I have my OS activated with kms all, but somehow it didn't reactivate office.
