    In final 1903 build Home/Pro users can pause updates for 7 or 35 days
    Pro users can also defer feature updates for 365 days.

    Yes, i understand the pause updates part, but defer feature updates are not there by default. Only if i enable them in group policy.
    At least thats what i see, 18362.53 Pro here, upgraded from 17763.437 with 18362.1 Pro UUP.

    Yes, i am sure, i never used insider rings.
    They changed this option for everyone, it seems.

    Yes, in the comment I never said that Home users could defer updates, I just said that they could pause updates.

    No, I did an in-place upgrade with the ISO and the options to defer feature updates for 365 days and to defer quality updates for 30 days appear in the advanced options of WU.

    Yes, and @cajg was asking about defering updates and missing Sac-T/Sac channels. Not pausing updates.
