I am guessing they probably run an update program once a day to check the 4 million accounts and update a database somewhere that decides who is now on fast and who is on slow so it really may be less than 24 hours in reality.

I don't believe that MS will openly post official RTM ISO links on their site because they would destroy many MSDN subsriptions by this way. They offered isos for slow ring TP versions which cannot be purchased though. They never did and I assume they never will
Hi, i'm on build 10149 i cant update to build 10159 because when i choose fast ring and than go back to check for update there are no update when than i go back to advanced options slow ring is checked by itself, anyone has that problem.
I don't understand why this needs to be done from their side and not from our' side. Anyway, download the build from the links and created the ISO.
The alternative would be to scan all 4 million users every 10 seconds to see who has changed..not going to happen.
