    "DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:x:\sources\sxs" to install Net Framework 3.5 'x:\' being the install media you used to install Windows. My install media is my 'g:\' USB drive so i replaced 'x:\' with 'g:\'.

    It now shows installed in 'Control Panel', 'Programs And Features', 'Windows Features'.

    You'll get an error if you try to install it from within there.

    It's only en-us esd. I need another language. So wait to the full list.

    I think it's just the indication for media creation tool which indicates to upgrade from the previous Windows like Windows 7 Ultimate.

    I thought you knew that. You can find any language you want from the content inside of that Products_RS4_03_30_2018.xml.
