Anyone knows, at what time is 1803 going to be released? It might be related to Windows driver/software. I had this error once, when I disabled Windows Firewall and Base Filtering Engine actually which caused, that WF's driver failed to load.
Well, I use ESET Internet Security AV Suite in my system that disables WD & WF by default as it has it's own protection module & firewall for the system which is pretty much compatible with MS & Win10, but I am not sure about Win10 SCU as well as whether this issue is related to the WF that you've pointed out here or not, because as I earlier told I used the system for almost 4 to 5 days without any issue with the same configuration setup (s/w & h/w) with this ame build since the official ESD released last week, but the BSOD with this error code only appeared since yesterday & due to the subsequent occurrence, I've to do another clean install on yesterday, now everything is working since then, let's see.
I was also on 5.3 as well prior to installing RS4. Doing some reading it sounds like something has changed in 5.3 and the "Secure Rules" option in WFC. Seen in another forum someone mention issues with store apps not updating and needing to temporarily disable Secure Rules. I may try reinstalling WFC and testing that and maybe try going back to a previous version. It may be time to find another option though. I guess WFC was sold to another company and they are going to "integrate" it into another product.
Guess it may be time to find a different product then as the WFC programmer has said there won't be any more updates to the current product.
I now clean installed this build and installed Cyberghost VPN and still won't connect. Anyone here uses Cyberghost.
