Indeed it is. I installed IoT LTSC 2021 64 bit on an AMD dual core laptop yesterday. And it was awful and painfully slow
Consumer from the first day, so far so good not any problem. System works much smoother than windows 10 pro or win 11. Only missing apps like Groove, Photos, sticky notes, so if someone can help with these without installing Ms store, give us any link or direction with full tutorial.

I think it's a social thing. They see all their peers using a thing and so they wish to try it. BUT, they don't really want to use it the way it was designed so they wish to morph it into the other thing it was designed to replace. It's like I was saying. It goes against the entire philosophy of using LTSC in the first place.
