The key I entered is for Windows 8.1 Pro ESD. So after entering my key, it connected to the M $ server or not? How to verify it?
Just performed an upgrade from LTSC 2019 to LTSC 2021 - and everything went absolutely perfectly! Truthfully, I am very surprised by how perfectly the upgrade went. Nothing broke, none of my settings were changed. I can barely tell anything changed. That makes me very happy, as just a few years ago Windows upgrade was nowhere near this flawless and resulted in settings being lost, programs being removed, etc. Glad to see their upgrade process has improved a lot. Saves me a clean install
10 > 10 upgrades always worked fine, afaik only with the original 17763.1 release it was deleting user files when upgrading.
Hey guys. Installed LTSC, been running it since my last post. Setting show it as activated, but I'm getting a fair bit of locking up (not BSOD) requiring me to hard reset with power button. Drilling down into the Even Viewer, it seems the most common thing I'm getting is: Event 8198, Security-SPP (License Activation (slui.exe) failed with the following error code: hr=0xC004F074) I searched the thread and saw a mention in post #244 about this: Should I add that? I installed LTSC and used winactivate.cmd to activate.

New Release Preview updates (1904x.1561.1.6): https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-677#post-1721983
I cannot get this update to install either, SSU installs fine, LCU fails.. this was not an issue with any LCU prior including last months preview update. Looking at CBS.log, it is complaining about: "Failed to pre-stage package: Microsoft-Windows-Printing-PMCPPC-FoD-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.19041.1" with error "PSFX_E_INVALID_DELTA_COMBINATION"
I have a little problem with the Nvidia Control Panel... The latest version of the Nvidia driver is no longer available as "Standard", so DCH it is. So I've installed the latest 511 Driver and after the installation the Nvidia Control Panel Link was available in the desktop context menu, it started just fine, agreed to the T&C, all good? Well, no, after the restart, the context menu shortcut was gone and the link in the start menu does just nothing. Since LTSC doesn't have the Store, I've grabbed the app package via adguard, enabled developer options to sideload and installed the Control Panel App via Powershell.. still no joy, what am I missing here? (Can't start the app manually either at its location in Program Files\Windows Apps, nvcplui.exe gives me a permission error)
Might wanna re-install the driver and disable any anti-virus before installing. I have no issues with mine.

have you used msmg toolkit to patch the windows icons? if so, then installation will fail due to the shell32.dll being patched
