i use the standard windows photo viewer known from windows 7 and windows 8. for cropping and resizing i use paint since i only need those options like once in a year.
Since you've been bragging about your self-made program, share it with the community. You know you want too.
Office picture manager 2010, free with free Sharepoint 2010 (Doesn't understand exif data very well though so your potrait photos are sideways
I wish i was clever enough to make my own picture viewer but i am not and i would have shared it long ago. Its the standard google Picasa with all the photo album, editing and uploading files removed, it only keeps the files for the picture viewer.
There wasnt a portable. Picasa is 32bit only. These are the files you need to keep to have the picture viewer function only Picasa\runtime\slingshot Picasa\runtime\missing.jpg Picasa\PhotoViewer.exe Picasa\runtime\picasaweb_logo.gif Picasa\runtime\slingshot\respack.yt The standard installation is 63.5MB(size on disk), cutdown version is 4.95MB. Just right click your image file and change it to open with PhotoViewer.exe(whereever you placed it).
sorry haven't seen your post until now. foo3495 already answered it. do it like he said and it will run just fine
Any similar/small app that also supports animated gif(or some tweak to enable them for viewing in default picture viewer)?
Does anyone know how to activate greyscale color scheme in LTSB ? The color and contrast option in the control panel doesn't seem to be available. Is there a program that could replace it ? Also what date is LTSC 2018 supposed to be released ?
Is supposed to be 1809 so september for insiders and october for the public in that case, but it's MS .
I just noticed that my 2016 LTSB has been trying to update KB4103720, KB4345418, and KB4338822. All of these have failed in their automatic updating. I just noticed it yesterday. All the previous updates were successful. My LTSB 2016 edition appears to be legitimate, I activated with AutoKMS. I did hear that "Windows 10, version 1607, reached end of service on April 10, 2018". I should still get security updates though, right? Does this have anything to do with the end of service? The last successful update was on 7/10/2018 and was the July 2018 KB890830 update.
Only Home and Pro, Enterprise and Education got 6 more months and LTSB is a completely different thing with support till 2026 (5+5 years). For me the latest inofficial CU (kb4346877) failed online but worked when updating offline with the MSU file.
