That's the re-release, first refresh iso.

You need the consumer en-US source iso, the consumer svf patch for your language, create the consumer source iso in your language and next you need the LTSC svf patch for your language.

 

Uh, this confuses me so much

I want to install the latest fast ring version over my old LTSC version (not the February update)
Do I need the Pro version or the Pro N?

 

N versions are more trouble than they are worth. Go with regular Enterprise or one of other SKU's that don't have all the Candy Crush crap and other suggestions. I'm not sure if you can install a 20H1 build over LTSC as an upgrade but it can't hurt to try. Please report back on how it goes.

 

At this point, Do you guys prefer LTSC or the good old LTSB?

 

ltsc, intel got an uhd 630 igpu driver for it.
