    Ah, whoops...

The filename of my iso is 17763.1.180914-1434.rs5_release_CLIENT_LTSC_EVAL_x64FRE_en-us if that helps? Thank you very much for looking!

What is the latest version/build? Is there a upcoming version on it's way?

I noticed when using W10UI_7.3 to create an updated Windows10 LTSC 2019_17763/1809 ISO that when including the following Dynamic Updates, only 1 of 2 is installed…

kb4511552.cab Dynamic Update (ISO:\Sources) 2019/08/13 [DU] is identified but not installed…

kb4506578.cab Dynamic Update (SafeOS) 2019/06/18 [DU] is identified and installed in some .wim’s

Are both of these Dynamic Updates valid or actually needed for Windows10 LTSC 2019_17763 ???

Doesn't DISM integrate but gets extracted to the iso:\sources folder.
Is not needed when the CU is already integrated.

Here are all needed updates for 1809:

It appears to me that Dynamic Updates are not useful for LTSC 2019 (1809) since it's not intended to be UPGRADED anytime soon, but may be useful for OTHER incarnations of (1809)...

No, the next LTSC will be expected around 2021/2022.

Nope. Long Term Servicing Branch/Channel releases occur roughly every 3 years and as 1809 was just released last year, the next LTSC releases won't drop until some time in or around 2021.

Check SHA-1 checksum, should be 615A77ECD40E82D5D69DC9DA5C6A6E1265F88E28
    Also, run KMS_VL_ALL.
Lastly, don't run unknown debloating scripts, disable services yourself.
