To recap your information, modifying UpgradeMatrix.xml will allow an upgrade, but with SFC problems.

[question: Why are the SFC issues happening? "UpgradeMatrix.xml" fails hash check?]

Finally, the SFC issues are solved with the installation of CU.

Would this be an accurate summary?

Out Of Band means released outside of the a, b, c or d release cadency, to fix specific problems or vulnerabilities.

    Nice..
Recently i install new laptop using this version, so it can breathe easy in few months. :)
Btw, i need your suggestion, if i want to create updated ISO, better use 17763.1 - September 2018 or 17763.316 - February 2019 as a base?

Afaik, you can breathe easy for the next 6.5 years running Enterprise 2019 LTSC;):D
Best to use 17763.1 for offline updating:
The 1809 Updates Overview will be updated next tuesday:)

Wow,,... Even though I was already thinking LTSC 2019 will be replaced by LTSC 2021, and M$ will focus to LTSC 2021 :D

Thanks for your suggestion, I think i'll replace my main laptop OS into it. 21H1 too much bloatware. 21H2 probably same. Hmm..

The whole purpose of 2019 LTSC is that it won't be replaced, it's supported for 5+5 years, 2022 LTSC will have 5 years of support.

Suppose I've created a new updated ISO from extracted 17763.1.ISO , can I use the extracted 17763.1.ISO to created new updated ISO again?

    You mentioned SFC errors before.

So, now this method does not create an issue with SFC? I am confused by the two statements.

Err ... Although I have an advanced age is never too late to correct a big bulls**t I posted another day in this section being so I correct here: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 is the best operating system that MSFT has launched until today in my opinion! and counting on the invaluable help of MSMG Toolkit, PowerShell and use of logical raciocinium is clear in other important system settings also the result is simply wonderful in terms of safety, stability a pity that I still could not install the new icons Sun Valley for some reason they work only in Pro versions at last I must be using this version up to 2029 as the main operating system and I will continue testing windows 11 on another ssd only by pure "fun"

this dawn I decided to make a deep cleaning in Windows system files using Dism commands, in the course of the process that takes a long time I casually observed a very strange reference date as you can see by the images below; as I am only a learner I ask to the companions who possess infinitely more knowledge than me how this can occur? if this installation I am currently using was done on a new ssd... this way I thank you from now thank you very muchfor all

Hello. I haven't been here and reading anything on this forum for long time. Is Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 released yet and is it based on Windows 11? How to get it in x64 Swedish?
On 2019 version i couldnt to work Atmos with the Netflix app from Windows store. I have Dolby Access app installed but the Atmos trailers in Dolby access app did not work and could not get any sound from it but Atmos movies worked in VLC. How come it did not work wit Atmos in Netflix? I have this gear: Intel i7-4790K and GTX 1050Ti. What Windows version should i get? Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 or Windows 11? Thanks in advance :)
