    Was wondering if anyone with a Zen2 (3000 series) CPU have any issue with 2019 LTSC? Does it run okay?

    Hello,

    Upgraded from LTSB 2016 to LTSC 2019. All folders in C drive including data in other partitions is marked read-only. I am default user/local admin. What can I do?

    Yes, 17763.316 aka February refresh is the latest officially released Enterprise 2019 LTSC build.

    I can't find the two isos that contain all the local experience packs for Windows 10 LTSC 2019 17763.1. How come?

    Furthermore, do the en_windows_10_features_on_demand_part_1_version_1809_updated_sept_2018_x64_dvd_a68fa301.iso, en_windows_10_features_on_demand_part_2_version_1809_updated_sept_2018_x64_dvd_6b49dcfa.iso, en_windows_10_features_on_demand_part_1_version_1809_updated_sept_2018_x86_dvd_013c567a.iso and en_windows_10_features_on_demand_part_2_version_1809_updated_sept_2018_x86_dvd_a43b5a17.iso files also work for LTSC 2019?

    1) Both are same builds only difference is the Edition.

    Windows 10 v1809 Professional = 17763.1 + updates
    Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 = 17763.1 + updates

    2) Local Experience Packs are in Windows 10 v1809 Language Pack ISO.

    Can't connect to any wireless screen, gives me an error and can't connect, I'm on latest LTSC 2019 x64, trying to install the wireless display app through powershell or windows store, says that I need win 10 ver. 18288.0 or higher, what to do ?
