The re-offering of the LCU can happen when a fod or language files are changed/installed during or after install.

Or when offline enabling .netfx35 is done after integrating the LCU.

What version of Microsoft .NET Framework do I have to install? > 3.5 or 4.8 or 5.0?

If you have software depending on/needing it.

Is not .net framework like 4.8.

Was wondering if anyone with a Zen2 (3000 series) CPU have any issue with 2019 LTSC? Does it run okay?

Hi Enthusiast - I believe the linked 17761.316 above should state 17763.316 :)

    Hello,

Upgraded from LTSB 2016 to LTSC 2019. All folders in C drive including data in other partitions is marked read-only. I am default user/local admin. What can I do?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I'm a bit lost in links and posts. I'm looking for a direct link to download the latest "official" .iso of Windows LTSC english version.

    Thank You very much.

I can't find the two isos that contain all the local experience packs for Windows 10 LTSC 2019 17763.1. How come?

Furthermore, do the en_windows_10_features_on_demand_part_1_version_1809_updated_sept_2018_x64_dvd_a68fa301.iso, en_windows_10_features_on_demand_part_2_version_1809_updated_sept_2018_x64_dvd_6b49dcfa.iso, en_windows_10_features_on_demand_part_1_version_1809_updated_sept_2018_x86_dvd_013c567a.iso and en_windows_10_features_on_demand_part_2_version_1809_updated_sept_2018_x86_dvd_a43b5a17.iso files also work for LTSC 2019?

    Thanks

    Bye

    1) Both are same builds only difference is the Edition.

    Windows 10 v1809 Professional = 17763.1 + updates
    Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 = 17763.1 + updates

    2) Local Experience Packs are in Windows 10 v1809 Language Pack ISO.
