Tried running the sv_windows_10_enterprise_2016_ltsb_x64_dvd_9060456.exe but nothing happens, program starts briefly then instantly shuts down.

You could start with thanking/giving the credits to the keeper/maintainer of the svf repo and tool you're linking at, @GezoeSloog
No need to be unpleasant i've talked to him in private recently and i had already thanked him for his work here and for the svf files that he makes available for all MDL members, i wasn't waiting for you to come along to do this. I also contacted him to tell him if he could make svf files available for project pro and visio pro 2016 in all languages as well as they were missing in his svf collection and he was kind to make that happen few days ago.
why are you acting like this ? i didn't copy anything, i know how to use svf files to obtain the needed iso for a while so i didn't need to copy anything from anyone to be able to asnwer correctly.
