I do got the same error when update from wu, first I thought it was Flasplayer give problem so I uinstalled it but no luck, I did try repair sfc /scannow it fixed corupted files and did a Dism /Online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase restarted pc but no luck, so I make an inplace upgrade with Windows 10 19042.746 from uup/dump all went good this way, so my bet will be you try that way if not want make a total clean install.
This is the way to go. It will fix your OS and install the update while also letting you keep all of your apps and data.
Have been using Windows 20Hx builds since Jan 2020 when 20H1 RTM published & this is the first time that I encountered this bug (again after a very long time, since the previous branch of Windows) in this latest branch 20Hx branch of Windows. Don't know why MSFT didn't fix this that we occasionally getting this error here & there. I know that in-place upgrade with ISO solve this issue from my earlier exp & have done that before as well, considering that the final RTM build of 21H1 is probably round in the corner & can be released anytime sooner this month or next, I'll wait for that to make a clean installation.
I keep a bunch of various PCs updated (the majority owned by others) and have seen it a few times in 2020 but in most cases the next CU installed without issue. This tells me that MS isn't doing such a terrible job addressing update bugs CU to CU but they are missing the bugs initially.
same here, I got this bugs sometimes, not every time or most of the times & that's why I referred the term 'occasionally' in my earlier post instead of 'frequently' & as we can see, we ain't alone here, every Windows user must have faced this once in a while which makes the user experience 'not-so-pleasant' for Windows & MSFT should address this issue.

"new enterprise evaluations - 19042.631 https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...aluation-repository.80979/page-3#post-1640000" Is there full version?
My computer seems to be on 19042.746. I was hopping to download full image since I have few virtual machines to update.
I don't use any of those two & cut those down from the Win ISO. So my copy of W10 is IE & EDGE free. Now, I guess I don't have to install that flash removal KB?
is there something wrong with UUP cause trying to convert to iso with it and keeps giving an error everytime saying its missing a blob or blab part every time it gets to the blue screen part to start conversion
