    Reporting back, you indeed need to be offline to change generic product key, otherwise Windows wont allow you because your computer doesn't have a valid digital license
    Everything worked fine offline, and then after the upgrade connected online for the activation process ‍☠️ :D

    Just use slmgr /ipk <serial>. Never use the stupid GUI

    Off topic but by any chance know where can i download office offline installer, care to point me in the right direction?

    No, it's not part of my skill, in the worst case I use Office starter I downloaded years ago.

    What language and architecture?

    Enterprise 2021 LTSC is 21H2 not 22H2.
