Don't think so, v1909 was released as a minor update to bring all their Windows 10 development branches to be on same build.
Hmm, yet another LTSC build up for testing in 2020, to be released early 2021. So what's the point of running LTSC other than being on a potato PC that can't run newer versions? Microsoft clearly abandons the old ones and focuses on the next.. If you're gonna refresh your LTSC every 12-16 months, might as well run Education or normal Enterprise No more worries about getting Store and Edge to work (sooner or later, you're gonna need it) No longer being left out by some app / game publisher blacklisting LTS / older builds No more hunting for private ISOs in language xx or doing time consuming SVFs And imagine how much spare time for @Enthousiast @LostED @whatever127 & all others not having to repost links every 2nd thread page
LTSC builds have longer support timeline. LTSC of 1809 will be receiving support and updates until 2029. It's not meant for consumers who want the latest features.
And @BAU posted it, because almost all people using LTSB switched to LTSC and will probably also switch to the new LTSC, to get the new features, put the store in, etcetcc., and in that case you could simply run enterprise or education.
Yeah, 20H2 in june 2020? What will the december 2020 release be called? probably 21H1 But this means 1909/19H2 will go public right before 20H1 goes public, this really proves 1909 as a fake second build of 2019. Let's see what the future brings and when they finally synced all with azure.
So if 20H1 will release in December it will be 2020 (In winver and system) ? Or it will be the third OS in 2019 ? Because maybe it will be called "January 2020 Update" ?
