The hard floor requirements are different from the soft floor, any recent(even not so recent) CPUs will be able to run and install Windows 11.
People do this a lot. There is a registry setting that you can change the build number. People change the theme to make it look futuristic. My guess is they modded the existing leak and took a screenshot.
To get back to the other quirk with 11 - Deleted a Windows.old of 24Gb from one partition and Windows Explorer still shows the drive has having the same ~6Gb free it did before. BUT... opening it in partitioning software, it shows the roughly 30Gb it should have is free. So is explorer just not reporting it right or..?
No, i dont have TPM 2.0. But reinstalling Windows 11 and rejoining the Insider program from scratch automaticaly put me in the Dev channel again.
